Please read the following with regards to refunds.
Damages and issues
1. Please inspect your order upon receiving it, please make an unpacking video, and contact us immediately if the item is
defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This should be done within 24 hours of receiving the delivery to
ensure replacement or resolution of your issue. Any claims after 24 hours will be subject to the decision of the company.
2. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags,
and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return
shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting
a return will not be accepted.
4. We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the complaint arrives after 24 hours of delivery. Please email
firstname.lastname@example.org for other inquiries.
5. Any item that has been used shall not be accepted back for return or replacement, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
6. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstance since the production of your items begin immediately.
7. All refunds will be processed to the source account within 7-10 working days. This is only subject to the company not
being able to offer a new replacement.
